Well, I just got back home from CGE and I have to say that this was a superb event!  This was the first time I attended and I really had a blast. Instead of posting all the pictures I took here, I'm going to post a link to my album on Google Plus.  I'll be posting separately my "loot" from the event, including an exclusive release from the event.

I had the chance to meet (and chat with) many of the folks we've interviewed for the site already: Gary Kitchen, David Crane,  Jennel Jaquays, and Steve Cartwright.  I also met the guys from Intellivisionaries, William (Elektronite), Keith Robinson, Curt Vendel, Carl (Songbird), and many others.  Loved the panels and the movies that were shown, including the excavation documentary by Microsoft about ET and the infamous dump (proving that it was all a legend).  The arcade was a blast (I got to try out Vector Patrol, the Vectrex Moon Patrol clone) and the Video Game Museum display was fantastic.

Below is the picture album (about 90 pictures).  Enjoy!

Hi, thanks for sharing, some nice pictures there! Think that Atari 5100 looks vagely like the Neo Geo!

I wore the RVG t-shirt (I realized there was a problem with the logo transfer, though, it has a water mark of sorts at the top and bottom), the Atari Age polo shirt, and the Atari Gamer t-shirt.  :)

LOL, I forgot to talk about that carpet!  The Riviera is an older hotel on the strip, so the carpet perfectly reflects that!  LOL

Absolutely kick ass photo Trek, I think these type of shots make it even better than set up ones, its great to see them in their natural pose and seemed to capture the event superbly.

And of course its always great, like a dad seeing his children perform in front of hundreds on stage to see my RVG and Atari Gamer T-shirts in action  :113:

Quality Trek. I vote that your the number one PR on sight for retro gaming event in the USA.
