was close, as I love the streets of rage and Final fight games, but due to the original Arcade game, the master system version ( I know its not great but the memories ) and the amazing NES version of DDII means I have to go with double dragon.

Renegade is the first game of this style that I really loved in the arcade, but was very disappointed by the NES version. Final Fight would be the next one, and I was very happy with the Sega CD version so it gets my vote.

Of the ones I've played Streets of Rage is by far my favourite. There are many on that list that I've yet to play though, so I didn't vote.  I like the Final Fight games and Batman Returns on the SNES is cool.

I'm going to vote for the one I've played the most, Double Dragon.  I have several versions of it and I love it.

Going to the final frontier, gaming...

I had enabled it so you can change your vote at a later date if you want  8)

There are so many fabulous games in that list that I'm struggling to choose.  I'm even struggling to narrow it down based on multi-player sessions with mates because I played; Double Dragon, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Ninja Gaiden, Streets Of Rage, Renegade, Final Fight, Golden Axe an awful lot!

However, I'm voting for Kung Fu Master.  I still play it, have fond memories of the C64 version, and adored the arcade cabinet.  In fact, I'd very much like one in my house!  So, as brutally difficult as it is I choose KFM.

Close one for me, but went for SoR in the end, DD a close second.

Hmm... Target Renegade is an amazing game, but Renegade 3 is a travesty...

I'd probably have to say Final Fight out of the listed options. I dislike the original SoR too much, and the first two Golden Axe games are too samey.

Target Renegade on the Spectrum was amazing, definitely the best beat 'em up on the machine.

I have to go with Splatterhouse on this one. I like this one so much I have every version made(including the handheld). I don't know, something about that hockey mask  :59:

Has to be Streets of Rage although some of my favourite beat 'em ups like AvP and Violent Storm are solo releases not included in series' so if they were allowed too then the vote would be a tougher choice.
